Incorporation: Manba Finance Limited Originally incorporated as Manba Finance Private Limited on May 31, 1996, in Mumbai, Maharashtra, under the Companies Act, 1956.
Conversion to Public Company: On January 31, 2005 Manba Finance Private Limited Converted to a public limited company, following a special resolution by shareholders. The name was changed to Manba Finance Limited, with effect from from April 11, 2005.
NBFC Certificate: Received a certificate of registration from the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) on April 7, 1998, to operate as a Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC) under Section 45-IA of the RBI Act, 1934. A revised certificate was granted on January 27, 2022, allowing the company to conduct business without accepting public deposits.
